I'm currently partnering with a well-established aerospace & defense manufacturer in the Bay Area on a key hire supporting production operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong visibility across the organization.

If you have a background in inventory control, stockroom operations, and team leadership, this could be a great fit.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Leading receiving, stockroom, and inventory control operations
• Managing and developing a team of warehouse/stockroom personnel
• Driving inventory accuracy (cycle counts, reconciliation, KPIs)
• Overseeing material flow, kitting, and on-time support to production
• Identifying process gaps and implementing continuous improvements
• Acting as a working manager (hands-on as needed)

What we're looking for:

• 8–10 years of experience in warehouse / inventory / stockroom operations
• 5+ years of team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and material flow
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Comfortable in a hands-on leadership role
