Drafted is unlocking creativity in the physical world. We're building foundational models and generative pipelines that create floor plans and renderings instantly, so anyone can imagine their dream home. Starting with single-family homes, we plan to verticalize across all dimensions of the pre-construction stack.

The Role

As a full stack engineer you'll work across our entire software stack from model pipelines and infrastructure to scaling and optimizing user experiences. You'll work closely with teammates across the engineering and research teams.

Example Projects

• Iterate on our current generation pipeline to make it more scalable and efficient
• Iterate on our current SEO/site map data structure to increase organic discovery
• Restructure our infrastructure to allow for multiple projects and collaboration based features
• Incorporate 3D walkthrough based experiences per generation
• Manage and deploy new models as they finish training

Ideal Experience

• 3D Environments (gaming, 3.JS, etc)
• Computer Vision related work
• CAD based computational geometry/parametric design
• Generative floor plans, furniture, interior/exterior design
• Have built products that make money
• Have created open source projects that have been used by a lot of people

Desired Experience

• 5+ years experience coding
• Vibe coding (criticality on how it's used, when, how much)
• Experience with React (Tanstack,SWR ,Tailwind, etc)
• Varieties of backends (servers in Python ,Typescript, Rust)
• Deployed to different infrastructures (AWS, Cloudflare, Railway, etc)
• Used model APIs in a product or project before
• Tried fine-tuning an ML model
• MCP servers

Salary Range?

• $150k - $200k + 0.5-1.5% equity
