Trident Consulting is seeking a "Electromechanical Assembler - (Robotics)" for one of our clients in "San Francisco, CA" A global leader in business and technology services.

Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler - (Robotics)

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Rate: $27–35/hr on W2

Duration: 3 + Months (Extension possible)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Mechanical Electrical Assembler to support the build and testing of robotic and electromechanical systems. This is a hands-on role focused on assembling high-quality production units by following engineering drawings and work instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components
• Build and route wiring harnesses and cable assemblies
• Install and connect power, control, and sensor systems
• Perform functional testing, inspection, and basic calibration
• Identify defects, missing parts, or quality issues and report them
• Perform rework, repair, and refurbishment of assemblies
• Maintain accurate production records and build data
• Follow ESD, safety, and quality standards
• Support kitting, material handling, and inventory tracking

Core Skills Required

• 2+ years experience in manufacturing / assembly environment
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and build instructions
• Strong hands-on experience with wiring, cable routing, and terminations
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment
• Understanding of electromechanical systems and assemblies
• Familiarity with quality standards and ESD practices
• Basic English communication skills

Additional Requirements

• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform standing/bending tasks
• Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled conditions if required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
