Automotive Cashier / Receptionist / Appointment Coordinator

Pay Range: $16.00 - $25.00 Depending on Experience + Great Benefits!

Serramonte VW / Subaru & Kia is growing and seeking to hire a Cashier / Receptionist to join our team! Ideal candidates will be cheerful and able to multitask. You will also need excellent phone manners and great customer service skills, as you will have direct interaction with our customers. Primary Responsibilities - Cashier / Receptionist / Appointment Coordinator:

• Manage 100+ inbound calls per day
• Manage multi-line phone system and voicemail
• Apply critical thinking to route calls correctly and effectively
• Set appointments for our sales and service departments
• Greet clients and assist with office visits
• Take accurate messages and relay them accordingly
• Receives and processes shipments and mail
• Operate cash drawer and credit card system
• Enter price changes and collect payment
• Balance cash drawer/prepare daily bank deposits
• Provide general administrative support to the office as needed, including scanning, filing and other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements - Cashier / Receptionist / Appointment Coordinator:

• Cashier/Cash handling experience is required
• Previous clerical and customer service experience preferred
• Dealership experience is a plus!
• Great customer service and communication skills
• General math skills and attention to detail
• Computer knowledge required, especially MS Excel
• Punctual, dependable and a person of integrity
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
