About our client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a professional organization hosting an onsite event, to hire temporary support for a one-day engagement.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and proactive individual to assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event cleanup. This is a hands-on role that requires someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and staying through the completion of the event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support ahead of the event, including light setup and preparation
• Assist with coordinating vendors, including catering teams during arrival and setup
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of event spaces throughout the evening
• Support event wrap-up by clearing tables, gathering used items, and restoring the space
• Load dishware into the dishwasher and ensure proper disposal of trash and recyclables
• Remain onsite until all cleanup is complete and the space is fully reset

Qualifications:

• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full duration of the shift
• Comfortable being on your feet and performing physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to jump in where needed
• Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus

Additional Details:

• Start time around 12:00 PM
• Event setup begins in the early evening, with guests expected later
• Assignment will run until approximately 8:45 PM or until all post-event tasks are completed
