Remote Customer Service RepresentativePharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM)4-Month Contract-to-Hire (Long-Term)Start Date: April 27, 2026Pay: $19.93/hour (weekly pay)Location: Work-From-Home (open to all states except CA, AZ, NY, and MI)About The RoleA pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support members with questions related to their prescription benefits. This is a fast‑paced, customer‑focused role where empathy, accuracy, and efficiency are essential. You'll work directly with members to resolve issues, answer benefit questions, and deliver a positive service experience.What You'll DoHandle approximately 30–50 inbound calls per day, with some email supportAssist members with questions regarding prescription benefits and coverageResearch and resolve issues using healthcare systems and internal toolsIdentify customer needs, resolve concerns, and clearly explain solutionsDemonstrate strong active listening skills and empathy on every interactionMeet performance metrics including QA scores and average handle timeFollow all call center policies, procedures, and rules of conductWhat We're Looking For2+ years of call center experience (medical or insurance experience preferred)Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindsetComfortable working in a metrics‑driven environmentTech‑savvy with working knowledge of email, Excel, and WordAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionTraining & ScheduleTraining: 4 weeksTraining Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM CDT (less than 40 hours/week)Shifts: Assigned upon job offerPost-Training Schedule: This role offers a set schedule of 8‑hour shifts between 7:00 AM–10:00 PM CDT, Monday–Saturday, with split days off, including one guaranteed Sunday off.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.93 - $19.93/hr.RequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
