Role Description

This full-time Construction Superintendent role at NDC is an on-site position located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction crews, managing material deliveries, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with project plans and building codes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
• Strong Organization Skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks
• Experience in Budgeting and managing project financials
• Proven ability in Project Management, including scheduling and coordination
• Effective leadership and communication skills to manage teams
• Working knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in multifamily housing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
