This role exists to make Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) leaders more effective. You keep the org running without being asked twice: anticipate what's needed, close loops, and make sure the team has the structure and context to do their best work. You don't write code. But you understand how engineers think about priorities, autonomy, and process overhead. You earn their trust. You won't be booking travel or managing inboxes. This is operational leverage for a high-performing technical organization.

We invest in our employees' well-being and long-term success through a competitive, market-aligned benefits program that meets or exceeds local market standards across all of the regions in which we hire.
