What You'll Own
Oversee day-to-day property accounting operations across a growing portfolio
Act as the bridge between accounting, asset management, and project teams
Review leases, vendor activity, AP workflows, and tenant billings
Lead monthly close reviews, trial balances, and financial reporting
Manage debt compliance, construction draws, and escrow tracking
Drive accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement across systems (Yardi-heavy)
Requirements
What We're Looking For
5-7 years of property accounting experience
Strong background in lease administration + commercial real estate
Hands-on experience with Yardi (non-negotiable)
Someone who can own processes, prioritize, and operate at a high level
Detail-oriented but also able to see the bigger picture
