About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Business Development and Commercial to spearhead strategic growth initiatives across its national portfolio of energy and aviation-related infrastructure assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full cycle of transaction execution, including greenfield and brownfield developments, PPP structures, and acquisition opportunities. This executive will be a proven deal leader, adept at thriving in complex regulatory environments, and capable of balancing strategic vision with disciplined execution. The role demands a leader who can drive the origination, structuring, negotiation, and closing of complex infrastructure transactions, while also overseeing and developing the existing commercial team.
Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive commercial experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal background includes experience in midstream refined products, aviation fueling and airport infrastructure, and infrastructure development within PPP environments. Key responsibilities for this role include transaction leadership, strategic growth identification, and relationship management with executive-level stakeholders. The candidate must have a strong financial acumen, deep understanding of regulatory and contractual frameworks in energy or aviation infrastructure, and the ability to operate in a performance-driven environment. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to close strategic growth transactions, expand commercial relationships, and strengthen the organization's commercial capabilities.
