Join our travel team as an experienced Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment at a hospital in Redwood City, CA. In this role, you will perform diagnostic and screening mammography exams, support breast imaging workflows including tomosynthesis when required, and collaborate with radiologists and multi-disciplinary teams to aid in diagnosis and treatment of breast disease.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current ARRT Mammography (M) certification required.
• Current ARRT Radiologic Technologist (R) certification required.
• Mammography technologist must be certified through the State of California as required by the facility.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of mammography experience. Preferred: documentation of prior mammography volumes for the last 2 years.
• Experience with tomosynthesis preferred. Candidates must provide initial digital CE units and initial tomo CE units; 2 years of mammography and tomo CE units preferred.
• Experience using Cerner charting system preferred.
• Ability to perform 10-hour day shifts and work 4x10 schedule as indicated by the unit.
• Orientation availability: approximately 12 hours; floor-specific orientation length may vary based on prior experience.
• Active certifications and licenses required at start of assignment.
• COVID-19 vaccination required per client policy.
