H&R Block - - Responsibilities: Provide seasonal hiring support in the H&R Block applicant tracking system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator (DOC); Provide hands on Tax Office Associate support with PTIN renewal/payment; Receive communication from offices regarding supplies, facilities, or support; document, research solutions, and escalate as needed; Source vendors for local facility tickets and set up with approved payment process; Review and verify invoices and prepare payments in Coupa or corporate credit card expenses for DOC approval
