Front Desk Agent
Attend to guests needs, including, but not limited to, registration, checkout and cashiering.
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address, and credit information. Provide outstanding customer service and name usage in guest interactions.
Accept payment for guests accounts both at the time of registration and at checkout. Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily. Cash checks and exchange currency for guests.
Issue key to and control entrance of safety deposit boxes. Post miscellaneous charges as requested.
Schedule Days: Tuesday - Thursday (24 hours +) (Based on hotels requirements)
Schedule Hours: 3pm - 11pm
Salary: $23.00/hr
Holidays: Must be available to work. No Exceptions.
Availability for more hours is dependent on hotel occupancy. There may be an opportunity to work a Mid Shift on Sunday/Mondays, working 10am - 6:30pm. The busier we get, the more hours you will have, however PM shift as noted above is what will be the minimum we are able to commit to you for now.
OPERA Front Office System Knowledge is a big plus!
Hotel background is highly preferred, however not required. Must have customer service experience. Must be comfortable with computers and type 50 wpm.
