Records Associate - Corporate Law Firm

Location: San Francisco (94104)

Pay Rate: $27.40 - $28.40 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain files within the firm's Records Management System (RMS)
  • Assemble file folders and inserts with accurate labeling
  • Process file check-ins and check-outs while maintaining system accuracy
  • Locate and retrieve records from central files efficiently
  • Deliver files to end users and provide timely status updates
  • Refile and organize records within central storage systems
  • Coordinate inactive records storage, including boxing and tracking files
  • Manage communication with off-site storage vendors for file retrieval and archiving
  • Update and track records activity within RMS to ensure compliance and accuracy
