We are looking for a Tire and Lube Technician with a passion to service vehicles. If this is, you and you're ready for your next destination then you have cruised to the right spot!

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight
  • Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools
  • Utilizes [software, apps, programs]
  • Collaborate with [key internal and external partners]
  • Manages [processes, projects]
  • Creates / Develops [processes, projects, products]
What We're Looking For:
  • Entry level position with no required experience
  • Preferred prior experience with automotive repair (personal or professional)
  • Minimum tools needed for the job.
    • 3/8" and ½" impact wrench
    • Sockets wrench - metric and standard - preferably long and short lengths.
    • Oil Filter wrenches and tools
    • TPMS tool - reset tire sensors
    • Combo wrenches
    • Screwdrivers
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License
  • [Level of Degree] in [Discipline], preferred / required
  • Moderate / Expert proficiency in [Field, Software, Skill]
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
  • Ability to influence

What You'll Get:
  • Thehourly rate / wage for this role is $23.54 per hour.
  • Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)
  • Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
  • Sick Pay: Granted Up to 48 hours
  • Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays)
  • Profit Sharing: Eligible, Up to %X
