About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Americas and EMEA Sales to spearhead a significant commercial transformation. This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in shifting the organization from a reactive sales approach to a proactive, strategic account management model. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, optimizing account coverage, and driving sustainable revenue growth across key global accounts. A central focus is on rebuilding executive-level relationships with major brands, positioning the company as a preferred strategic partner. The SVP will also oversee a team, align global sales efforts with product development, and take ownership of outbound marketing and commercial planning.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive sales leadership experience in the global footwear and/or apparel industries, with a strong preference for those with both brand and supplier experience. The role requires expertise in strategic account planning, proactive selling methodologies, and a proven track record in managing large-scale commercial portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, including design, development, and commercialization cycles, and the ability to lead cultural and organizational change. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being preferred, and the role demands a high level of collaboration, proactivity, and the ability to navigate complex global organizations.
