What You'll Do:

• Drive Operational Efficiency Identify and remove bottlenecks to make the organization more agile and effective.
• Lead Strategic Projects Own and execute key initiatives end-to-end, whether it's launching new internal systems or setting up a new office.
• Problem-Solve Proactively Be the first responder to operational, legal, or technical challenges and bring in the right resources when needed.
• Maximize CEO Impact Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar to align focus with company priorities.
• Automate and Optimize Improve processes using tools or scripts to minimize manual tasks and boost efficiency.
• Support Hiring Efforts Help attract and onboard top talent to build a world-class team.

Who You Are:

• 36 years of operations or similar experience (title doesn't matterexecution does).
• A self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a get-it-done mentality.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking full ownership of projects.
• Skilled at balancing detail orientation with big-picture thinking.

The Offer:

• Salary: $115,000 $150,000 (negotiable)
• Equity: 0.20% 0.50%
• Location: Hybrid, San Francisco
