Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to the team in Half Moon Bay. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to clients in person, by phone, and via email

• Support daily title and escrow operations, including document handling and file updates

• Answer client inquiries and route requests appropriately

• Assist with intake, data entry, and maintaining accurate and organized records

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing

• Support front-office operations as needed

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Comfortable with basic office systems and data entry

• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
