We are a growing wholesale supplier of paper and plastic goods serving restaurants throughout Northern California. We provide to-go containers, cups, napkins, utensils, bags, and other essential restaurant supplies. We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Associate to help expand our customer base and grow territory sales.

Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and self-driven Outside Sales Associate who enjoys building relationships and increasing sales within an assigned territory. This role requires someone who is comfortable prospecting new business, managing accounts, and working independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new accounts within assigned territory
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Present product catalogs and pricing to decision-makers
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Submit orders accurately and follow up on deliveries
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred (outside sales experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation
