For our first product, we built proprietary generative AI technology that enables our Agents to autonomously design, code, debug, and deploy A/B tests, Landing Pages, and Personalization experiences. We effectively 10x testing velocity, replacing agencies, legacy tools, and the need to pull in-house designers and engineers for testing. In the last 6 months, we have already driven $221.4M in revenue for our customers like Dropbox, Replit, and Intuit.
This is not an inbound-only role. Be the CEO of your book of business and own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from self-sourced outbound prospecting and inbound conversion through discovery, negotiation, and close.
Run discovery, value presentations and custom demos, POCs, navigating legal, and proving ROI to multi-stakeholders (CPOs, VPs of Growth, and CMOs).
Work with leadership to continuously refine the sales methodology by codifying learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices as we scale.
SMB buyers are often discovering AI-powered CRO for the first time. Your job is to be a subject-matter expert and show how AI can help with their business objectives — and make it easy to buy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with our Research and Product teams to feed market intelligence and customer feedback directly into the roadmap.
of Account Executive experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales (AI or MarTech bonus) with a history of exceeding quotas. Previous experience in tech or SaaS is required; experience in another industry does not substitute.
You can sell value, not just features and benefits. You know how to map technical capabilities to real-world business outcomes and de-risking company initiatives.
You are an expert at uncovering business goals, translating those to technical needs, and articulating how AI technology can drive revenue and de-risk existing company initiatives.
You aren't just looking for a "plug-and-play" role. You are excited to create systems from the ground up and help codify best practices in an evolving market.
You know how to sell differently to end-users and managers VS executives and decision-makers.
You're early enough in your career to be moldable, and scrappy enough to thrive in an environment without a fully defined playbook.
Deep Curiosity: You have a passion for artificial intelligence and are excited to educate customers on how AI agents will redefine their growth strategies.
High Agency Saleshuman: You are entrepreneurial and have built a project or worked on a startup in the past.
$150,000 – $250,000 OTE
Equity: Meaningful early-stage equity

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
