Job Title- Customer Service Associate (Spanish)

Job Location – Oakland, CA 94612 - Remote

Duration- 12+ months contract with possible ext.

Position Summary

Establish and maintain customer accounts.

This includes implementing contracts and customer services agreements, ensuring accurate and timely billing, establishing quality controls, and providing ongoing customer/client feedback.

This role supports client's mission of helping customers access programs that improve affordability and financial stability.

Maintain quality standards and follow established procedures for customer outreach.

Demonstrated problem solving skills

Demonstrated empathy, patience and professionalism while supporting customers, particularly those who are vulnerable and experiencing financial hardship.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of standard software (MS Word, Excel and Access)
