Assistant Project Manager – K-12 Construction

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager with experience supporting ground-up K-12 construction projects. This role will assist in managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
  • Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Assist with procurement, buyout, and cost tracking
  • Coordinate with field teams, architects, and engineers
  • Help ensure compliance with DSA requirements and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of construction experience, preferably in K-12 or public works
  • Experience with ground-up projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software
