Manager, Operations

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Operations to oversee the operational, financial, and leasing performance of a large-scale residential community. This role serves as the on-site executive leader, partnering with ownership and corporate teams to drive occupancy, revenue, resident satisfaction, and compliance while leading high-performing on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily property operations across leasing, maintenance, resident services, and administration.
  • Drive financial performance through budget management, NOI optimization, and expense control.
  • Provide strategic oversight of leasing performance, pricing, renewals, and market positioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop on-site leadership and leasing teams.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex resident issues and risk-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, local regulations, and internal policies.
  • Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of property management or real estate operations experience.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership or general manager–level role.
  • Experience with large-scale residential or mixed-use communities preferred.
  • Strong financial, leasing, and revenue management expertise.
  • Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; CPM/ARM a plus.
