A globally recognized legal organization with a strong international footprint and highly sophisticated, data-driven systems is seeking a Senior Product Owner to join its technology and operations function. This role serves as a strategic bridge between business leadership, regional stakeholders, and technology partners, supporting enterprise-wide platforms used across multiple offices and jurisdictions.

In this position, you will work closely with operations, reporting, and data teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical deliverables and drive successful execution across evolving, global systems.

Senior Product Owner

Location: San Francisco (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time

Salary: $160–190k(DOE) + Top Tier Benefits and Bonus

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for coordinating work across business and technical teams
• Translate requests into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
• Manage Jira backlogs, priorities, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Create and maintain documentation (process flows, workflows, user stories, diagrams, data definitions)

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience working directly with stakeholders in complex environments
• Ability to align on definitions, set expectations, and communicate timelines clearly
• Strong ownership of delivery tracking, execution, and documentation using Jira and Confluence
• Exposure to enterprise-scale or regulated environments a plus
