Sutter Health - 1101 Van Ness Avenue - Responsibilities: Prepare dietary information for use by kitchen personnel in preparation of foods for hospital patients; Collects orders and information to understand patients' needs and monitor the quality and accuracy of food served to patients; Supports the functionality of the department by providing clerical support including processing patient orders, tracking food service production tallies, and maintaining inventory; Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring and care, and effective communication; Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care
