Ross Stores - 75 Bellam Rd - Responsibilities: Open and close the store and supervise associates when on duty; Maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation; Supervise operations including front end procedures, fitting rooms, and stockroom organization; Assist with loss prevention and ensure compliance with company policies; Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Store Manager
