Our client is seeking a highly organized and professional Practice Coordinator to join their busy clinic. This is a dual-function role where you will manage both front-desk operations and essential back-office administrative tasks.
In this fast-paced environment-averaging 100 patients per day-you will serve as a primary point of contact for families and medical staff, ensuring the clinic day runs smoothly from check-in to check-out.
salary: $23.75 - $24.75 per hour

Responsibilities
- Front Desk Excellence: Manage high-volume patient check-in/check-out, verify insurance, and collect co-pays.
- Back Office Support: Coordinate follow-up appointments, manage medical records, and handle specialized administrative tasks for the GI department.
- Patient Navigation: Answer multi-line phones, triage calls, and provide clear communication to patients and their families.
- Clinic Workflow: Collaborate with clinical staff to manage patient flow and minimize wait times.
To succeed in this role, you must be a "quick study" who can jump into a high-energy clinic environment without missing a beat.
Hard Skills & Experience: - Previous experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare administrative role.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and basic office software.
- Experience handling high patient volumes (100+ daily).
