Description
Warehouse & Logistics Associate
Location: Fremont, CA | Compensation: $21.75 - $26.90

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, organized, and playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly from receiving to final shipment.
What You'll Do:
- Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials, products, and equipment
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory records
- Prepare, package, and label products for shipment, including posting weights and charges
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (as needed)
- Manage order fulfillment and ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control
- 1+ years of experience operating material handling equipment or forklifts
- 1+ years of experience with data entry and inventory tracking systems
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Forklift (MHE) certification or formal training
- Strong organizational and time management skills in deadline-driven environments
- Experience improving processes and maintaining safety standards
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items
