Job Title: AIOps Support Engineer: 12-24 months Contract
Location: San Francisco, CA - 2-3 days on office
Department: Technology Operations
Pay $ 65-85 p/h w2
Overview:
We are seeking an AIOps Support Engineer to support and operate enterprise AI platforms and cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on maintaining reliability, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring secure, scalable access to AI services in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve issues across AI platforms and cloud environments (GCP, Azure)
- Support AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
- Troubleshoot SSO, IAM, and user access issues (Okta, Azure AD)
- Manage incidents, logs, and system performance
- Support Azure ML and developer tools (e.g., VS Code)
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and provide updates
- 3-5 years in technical support, cloud ops, or IT engineering
- Experience with GCP and working knowledge of Azure
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Experience with SSO/IAM (Okta, Azure AD)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience in financial services or healthcare
- Exposure to Netskope or similar tools
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira
