What You Bring to the Table

We are seeking an experienced General Manager with minimum 5 years of hospitality or winery management experience (including 3+ years in a senior leadership role), strong P&L management skills, excellent leadership and team-building abilities, and a genuine passion for wine and guest experience. You will lead all operations at the winery location, drive financial performance, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and build a high-performing team while preserving the brand's rich heritage and premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all daily operations of the tasting room, cellar, and guest-facing activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance
  • Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and coach a high-performing team while fostering a positive, values-driven culture
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service, wine education, events, and personalized engagement
  • Manage the site's P&L, develop and control the annual budget, monitor costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Oversee inventory management, POS systems, reservations, staffing schedules, and compliance with safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations
  • Collaborate with marketing and DTC teams to support wine club growth, member retention, events, and overall brand objectives
