Description:

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership and help build a best-in-class office environment.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role at a fast-growing company, where you'll operate at the center of the business — ensuring leadership stays focused while creating an exceptional in-office experience for the team.

You'll be responsible for both executive support and office operations, playing a critical role in keeping things running smoothly as the company scales.

What You'll Do

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and priorities for senior leadership
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Handle inbox management and administrative tasks to keep leadership organized
  • Act as a gatekeeper and thought partner to optimize time and efficiency

Office Operations

  • Own the setup, organization, and day-to-day management of the office
  • Ensure the workplace is fully stocked, functional, and welcoming
  • Manage vendors, deliveries, and office logistics

People & Culture Support

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics (equipment, desks, setup)
  • Plan and execute team events, offsites, and team gatherings
  • Help foster a positive, high-energy, and collaborative office environment

Operations & Problem Solving

  • Identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions
  • Create systems and processes to improve efficiency as the company grows

What We're Looking For

  • 3–10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager
  • Experience supporting C-level executives or founders
  • Background in a startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage office operations from setup through daily execution
  • Strong experience with calendar management and travel coordination
  • Experience working cross-functionally, ideally with technical or engineering teams

Traits That Will Set You Apart

  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership
  • Extremely organized with excellent prioritization skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for execution
  • Positive, high-energy presence with a team-first mindset
  • Strong judgment and ability to anticipate needs before they arise

Additional Details

  • Full-time, on-site role
  • Based in San Francisco, CA
  • Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 base salary + equity

Why This Role

This is more than a traditional EA or Office Manager role — it's an opportunity to build, shape, and influence how a growing company operates day-to-day.

You'll work closely with leadership, have visibility across the organization, and play a key role in creating an environment where people can do their best work.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building structure out of ambiguity, this role is for you.
