As the Inventory Data Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of inventory processes by partnering closely with the Inventory Analyst, 3PL Manager, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will help maintain accurate inventory records, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and support reconciliations, reporting, and trace exercises. This role offers hands-on exposure to inventory systems, data analysis, and operational workflows, making it an ideal opportunity to build a strong foundation in inventory management while contributing meaningfully to both short-term priorities and long-term operational excellence. Let's infuse flavor into everything we do-together!

Why You'll Love Working Here: At Torani, we flavor more than just drinks - we flavor lives. We're a Certified B Corporation committed to shared success, and that means everyone here plays a meaningful role. You'll be empowered to grow, try new things, and help others thrive.

By applying your knowledge of Torani inventory, you can effectively monitor the daily inventory transactions across internal and external systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies. You also own all manual receipts and transactions and assist with EDI processing to ensure data accuracy. As you're immersed in the daily transactions and ensuring accuracy on a day-to-day basis, you have identified trends and spot areas of improvement needed, bringing these recommendations to the team for consideration.
  • Root Cause Analysis & Reconciliation: By investigating inventory variances, comparing data across ERP/WMS systems, and troubleshooting inventory holds and product dispositions with 3PL partners the efficiency and accuracy of inventory counts continue to improve.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: You cultivate reliable partnerships across the flavor operations team and are a trusted resource for data management. Working with frontline team members and leadership team, you collaborate on solutions that support improving inventory tracking accuracy and improve overall inventory performance. Support the coordination, planning and execution of year end physical inventory. Collaborate with the Inventory Analyst and leadership to identify and implement efficiency improvements. As a subject matter expert on inventory processes and system use, you've partnered with the Inventory team to help advise in the creation of training documents to enhance inventory processes and educate the team on new automated processes.
  • Constant Learner and Growth Mindset: As a back-up for the Inventory Analyst, your proactive attitude ensures seamless operations by embracing challenges, adapting to changing priorities, and stepping into diverse roles within the Inventory environment. Your curiosity extends beyond your designated responsibilities, allowing you to contribute effectively in various capacities.
  • Have FUN! Whether it's your attitude, humor, or energy - you bring a little extra brightness to every day.
What You'll Bring:
