Requirements At least 18 years of age or older High school education or equivalent (GED) Legally authorized to work in the United States Current state-issued security guard license and Powers to Arrest/Use of Force (WMD) certificate A stable work history with no more than 3 employers in the last 6 years and no employment gaps beyond 6 months Drug Testing and Background screening required Reliable transportation with clean driving record required Loss Prevention, Military, Corrections, and/or Law Enforcement experience is also required for specific roles Bilingual language skills are a PLUS We are a rapidly growing organization transforming the security industry and we need talented, committed, and determined individuals to help us carry out our mission.
