Role Overview

We're looking for a highly organized, polished, and proactive Workplace Experience Coordinator to serve as the face of our San Francisco office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, low-traffic environment but can work independently and deliver a high-touch experience for executive-level visitors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Visitor Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all office visitors (primarily scheduled, executive-level candidates)
  • Greet and escort candidates and guests to meeting rooms with professionalism and discretion
  • Support onsite interview logistics, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience

Office Operations & Facilities

  • Coordinate with building management to arrange visitor access and employee badge setup
  • Act as the liaison for maintenance requests and facility-related needs
  • Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and ready for use

Office Coordination

  • Order and manage office lunches twice per week
  • Maintain inventory and ordering of office supplies as needed
  • Ensure overall office organization and readiness for day-to-day operations

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in office environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and polish
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and independently in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
