Job Details

Qualifications Experience:

• At least 7 years of related experience in Retail Architecture, Retail Design or similar field.
• At least 5 years of leading and/or managing high performing teams
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite [In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator].
• Experienced with one or more computer visualization tools [SketchUp, Adobe, Rhino, 3DS MAX].

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, with related experience in Retail Architecture, Retail Design or similar field

Job Description:

Manager of Store Design Leads the design process for retail environments, ensuring they align with brand identity and business goals delivering on the promise of Sephora's innovative retail experience. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, this position contributes to Sephora's success by elevating the overall quality of store design to uphold the Sephora experience while meeting cost, schedule, and operational requirements. This position will manage both internal design teams and external consultants, overseeing projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working through the complexities of problem solving for a unique site condition as they are with maintaining a relentless eye for the best overall design solution for any given project scope.
