Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize executive operations and scheduling
  • Lead strategic projects from planning through execution
  • Coordinate with external advisors (legal, finance, consultants, vendors)
  • Manage household operations and service providers
  • Build and formalize systems across the family office
  • Handle complex logistics and travel planning
