As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping our QA strategy—designing scalable automation frameworks and ensuring high-quality software across frontend, backend, and microservices architectures.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright
• Develop test suites for UI, APIs, and microservices
• Drive end-to-end, integration, and reliability testing
• Leverage tools like Postman, VS Code, GitHub Copilot
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
• Lead testing strategies, test plans, and quality initiatives
• Mentor offshore QA engineers and promote best practices
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years (or 6+ with Master's) in QA/Automation
• Strong experience with Playwright (must-have) and Postman
• Expertise in automation frameworks (UI + API + microservices)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.)
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Java Spring Boot, AWS
• Solid understanding of Agile & SDLC
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience
