We need someone to own how we bring this to market.
What you'd own:
- Go-to-market strategy end-to-end — positioning, messaging, launch playbooks
- Define and refine our ICP (we sell to startups, SaaS companies, and sales agencies)
- Build and run outbound campaigns — using our own platform (you'd be user #1)
- Drive product-led growth motions — trial optimization, activation, conversion
- Partner with product to translate market feedback into roadmap priorities
- Own pipeline metrics — from signal to qualified opportunity to closed deal
- Build the GTM playbook that scales — processes, sequences, content, channels
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS go-to-market (sales tech / martech / outbound tooling is a huge plus)
- You've launched products or features and owned the numbers
- Deep understanding of outbound sales workflows — prospecting, sequences, LinkedIn outreach
- Comfortable with data — you measure everything and optimize relentlessly
- Strong copywriting instincts — you can write cold emails that actually get replies
- Scrappy and autonomous — we're early stage, no playbook exists yet, you write it
- Bonus: experience with AI-powered tools, PLG motions, or sales agency ecosystems
