Senior Executive – GTM & Strategic Partnerships (AI Infrastructure / Semiconductor)

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco Bay Area preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a senior, high-impact leader to own and drive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and strategic partnerships for a next-generation LLM accelerator platform. This role sits at the intersection of AI infrastructure, silicon, and ecosystem development, and will be instrumental in positioning the platform as a leader in ultra-high throughput, energy-efficient AI inference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for an ultra-high throughput Tokens/sec/W LLM accelerator platform
  • Build, develop, and close strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, neocloud providers, and frontier AI labs
  • Own and grow strategic accounts, driving design wins, large-scale deployments, and revenue expansion
  • Translate token economics advantages into clear, differentiated market positioning and customer value propositions
  • Develop and scale a robust AI ecosystem, including model providers, infrastructure platforms, and system integrators
  • Partner cross-functionally to lead product positioning, messaging, and co-marketing initiatives with key ecosystem partners
  • Act as a market-facing leader, influencing roadmap, partnerships, and long-term growth strategy

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM, business development, or strategic partnerships within AI infrastructure, semiconductors, or cloud ecosystems
  • Proven track record of building and scaling hyperscaler and/or neocloud partnerships
  • Experience at leading silicon IHVs, AI labs, inference platforms, or AI chip startups
  • Strong network across the cloud, AI, and data infrastructure ecosystem
  • Demonstrated success in launching and commercializing new hardware platforms
  • Deep understanding of AI inference, LLM workloads, and infrastructure economics
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and deal-closing ability
