Position Overview
The Enterprise Account Executive will lead and scale Lucky Strike Entertainment's proactive sales strategy by building a high performing outbound team focused on pipeline development, new business generation, and strategic account acquisition. This role will create a structured outbound motion that consistently generates qualified opportunities across corporate events, group sales, social events, and partnerships across Lucky Strike Entertainment's national portfolio of venues.
This leader will be responsible for building the outbound playbook, developing prospecting strategies, and implementing a disciplined pipeline engine that fuels revenue growth. The Director will partner closely with Event Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure outbound opportunities convert into booked experiences for guests.
