Equity Partner, Channel Partnerships | Service Industry Alliances and Revenue (Remote-Friendly)

Advantary is scaling our partner ecosystem. We already have dozens of channel partners that need senior-level attention, plus a strong pipeline of new partner candidates. We are seeking an equity Partner, Channel Partnerships to own channel partner strategy, activate existing relationships, and drive measurable partner-sourced revenue across consulting engagements and investment opportunities.

The role

This is a senior, externally facing leadership position for someone who has built and run high-performing channels in a services business, and who knows how to turn partnerships into predictable, repeatable results.

What you will own

  • Partner strategy and performance: Set the channel motion, partner tiers, operating cadence, and KPIs, and drive partner-sourced pipeline and closed revenue.
  • Activate the existing channel: Re-engage current partners, sharpen positioning, create clear asks, and convert introductions into qualified opportunities and closes.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners: Identify, evaluate, and sign new partners (advisors, consultants, boutique firms, fractional executives, bankers, and ecosystem leaders), and ramp them with a clean enablement package.
  • Build the operating system: Partner playbooks, deal registration, attribution, CRM workflow, partner communications, and reporting.
  • Executive relationship management: Run partner QBRs, lead briefings and webinars, and serve as the trusted point of contact for senior partners.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion, improve partner experience, and strengthen delivery handoffs.

What we are looking for

  • 7+ years leading partnerships, channel sales, alliances, or business development in professional services or another services industry
  • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling a channel that reliably produces qualified opportunities and closed revenue.
  • Senior executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong operating discipline, including CRM fluency, forecasting, and KPI-driven execution.
  • High integrity, fast follow-through, and a relationship-first mindset.

Compensation

  • Equity participation as an LLC member (role-dependent).
  • Cash compensation plus carried interest, with uncapped upside.

Location

San Francisco Bay Area HQ, with remote flexibility. Global partner coverage encouraged.
