As a

Customer Success Engineer (CSE)

, you are the technical bridge between our product and our customers' success. You aren't just a technical resource; you are a strategic advisor who loves the "aha!" moment of a successful deployment as much as the problem-solving process.

This role is perfect for a developer who enjoys the challenge of configuring software to solve unique, real-world business problems.

  • Exceptional Communication:

    Translate "engineer-speak" into "executive-speak" effortlessly. You are comfortable leading meetings, managing expectations, and diffusing technical frustrations with empathy.

  • JavaScript Proficiency:

    Significant experience writing and debugging JavaScript, specifically in the context of building integrations, webhooks, or automated workflows.

  • AI Concept Fluency:

    You have a solid grasp of modern AI terminology (RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, etc.) and can explain these concepts clearly to non-technical customers. You don't need to build the models, but you must be able to explain how they work.

  • Python & Airflow Knowledge:

    Comfortable navigating Python environments and writing Airflow DAGs to manage task dependencies and data movement.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset:

    You enjoy the "puzzle" of fitting AI into a unique customer environment and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty in the code to make it happen.

What you'll do

  • Strategic Communication:

    Act as the primary technical point of contact for high-value accounts. You will translate complex technical hurdles into clear, actionable business solutions for clients.

  • Integration & JavaScript Workflows:

    Your primary technical focus will be configuring PeopleReign to integrate with customers' tech stacks and business logic.

  • Technical Consulting & AI Literacy:

    Serve as a subject matter expert who can demystify AI. You will explain concepts like LLMs, model differences, vector searches, and classification to help customers understand how to best leverage AI features.

  • Workflow Orchestration:

    Support customer data pipelines by configuring and maintaining

    Airflow DAGs
  • Solution Configuration:

    Lead the custom configuration of our software for both new onboardings and existing high-value accounts.

  • Data Analysis: understand current customer usage patterns and identify areas of opportunity for future growth.
