About The Role
We're looking for a talented Product Designer with a strong focus on motion to craft intuitive, visually compelling, and high-performing digital experiences. This role blends product thinking with motion design to enhance usability, clarity, and engagement across user journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Design digital products with precision, focusing on interaction, usability, and visual excellence
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver user-centric, data-informed solutions
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and incorporate feedback throughout the design process
Work alongside engineers through implementation and QA to ensure high-quality execution
Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability
Maintain a high bar for design quality and creative exploration across projects
Motion Design Responsibilities
Design motion behaviors and interaction transitions to improve usability and clarity
Create motion prototypes and production-ready specifications (timing, easing, choreography)
Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality, performant implementation across platforms
Define and scale motion principles, patterns, and guidelines within the design system
Use motion to enhance user experience while maintaining accessibility and performance
Contribute to end-to-end product experiences including onboarding, transitions, and feedback states
Iterate and refine animations through testing and QA to ensure consistency and polish
QualificationsStrong portfolio showcasing product design, motion design, and UX thinking
Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual design principles
Experience working within and evolving design systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and quality
Motion Design Skills
Expertise in motion design principles (timing, easing, choreography, spatial relationships)
Experience designing motion for product UX (transitions, feedback states, interaction design)
Proficiency with tools such as After Effects, Figma, Principle, ProtoPie, Rive, or similar
Ability to translate motion concepts into clear, implementable specs
Strong understanding of performance, accessibility, and platform constraints
Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to scale motion across products
Ability to balance creativity with usability—knowing when motion should guide, delight, or stay minimal
