Peet's Coffee - - Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in achieving financial and operational goals by driving sales and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences; Use reporting and feedback tools in partnership with the Store Manager to inform decisions, track team progress toward goals, and identify opportunities to improve performance; Create and support a positive team culture and productive work environment through active coaching, effective communication, and sound judgment; Contribute to employee development and performance by training and providing regular coaching and feedback; Assist in managing daily coffeebar operations, including inventory control, cash handling, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and labor standards
