Description:

A prestigious Silicon Valley law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Practice Assistant to support partners in a fast-paced, high-level practice. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Hybrid schedule, requiring being in the office 4X per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate day-to-day schedules for partners, anticipating and resolving conflicts
  • Prepare, format, and edit client documents and correspondence
  • Coordinate billing processes, including invoices and expense reports, with an understanding of the full billing cycle
  • Assist with business development efforts, including organizing client events and collaborating with internal teams

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a legal secretarial or practice assistant role
  • Experience in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions or Technology Transactions preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and be on-site four full days per week
