Role: Office Operations Coordinator
Location: San Francisco (5 days onsite)
Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 base salary plus equity
Our client, a rapidly scaling AI company headquartered in San Francisco, is hiring a talented Operations Coordinator to support a growing, campus-style office environment in San Francisco. This is an exciting high-visibility role with meaningful ownership and long-term growth potential.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this role owns facilities and day-to-day office execution across multiple closely located offices. There is no established playbook; you will help the team build processes while keeping everything running smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and takes full ownership of problems from start to finish. The schedule is onsite and requires flexibility, including occasional early mornings or weekends to meet vendors or resolve issues.
