Corporate Associate (2–5 Years) — Bay Area | Partnership Track

A well-regarded boutique firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing Corporate Group.

Role Overview:

This is a partnership-track opportunity for an associate with strong corporate transactional experience looking for meaningful deal exposure and long-term growth within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions

• Advise emerging growth companies across various stages

• Assist with formation and structuring of private investment funds

• Provide securities law counseling and corporate governance support

• Support intellectual property transactions and general corporate/commercial matters

Ideal Background:

• 2–5 years of corporate transactional experience

• Experience with M&A and general corporate work required

• Exposure to securities, emerging companies, or fund formation is a plus

• Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills

Compensation:

Base salary range: $230K – $310K (dependent on experience)
