Information Technology Support Specialist

Description:

Summary

  • Provide end-user IT support, including:
  • PC provisioning via Microsoft Intune
  • Hardware maintenance and internal component swaps
  • Software and network troubleshooting
  • Videoconferencing setup and support
  • Deliver user training on firm software and document scanning procedures
  • Manage IT assets and inventory
  • Coordinate technology needs for attorneys traveling internationally
  • Ensure compliance with firm technology and security policies
  • Perform system updates and occasional after-hours work
  • Assist with physical tasks such as server and equipment installation

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of IT support experience (professional services environment preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Office and Windows OS
  • Legal tech tools such as iManage, Citrix, VPN, ChangePro, and others
  • Basic knowledge of phone system troubleshooting
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and perform light physical tasks
