Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Maintain a friendly and efficient customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers.; Repair fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, and office equipment.; Inspect assigned areas routinely and perform maintenance as needed to keep the facility functional and serviceable.; Complete daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures.; Report major maintenance needs and recommend corrective actions as appropriate.
