The mechanical engineering intern will work within our hardware engineering team to advance our proprietary line of biomedical devices. The ME intern will gain exposure to the product development and inner processes of a startup company while working on-site with our manufacturing location in Fremont, California.

Skills/Experience Prior product development experience or prior related mechanical engineering internship/work experience preferred, especially experience in computer aided design, simulation, fluid dynamics, and manufacturing. Demonstrated leadership abilities Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication and organizational skills required Overall proficiency with a leading CAD package and a basic understanding of DFM as it pertains to 3D printing, machining, and injection molding (sheetmetal a plus) Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
Current student in ME or related discipline (biomedical, PDE, IE, etc.) Must have finished Junior year; senior or graduate student preferred
